HERO11 Black Mini makes it easier than ever capture incredible video of your adventures. Easy Controls are preloaded with ultra versatile capture settings that are great for most shots. Just point and shoot.

VIDEO MODES

Easy Controls feature three video mode options designed to give you great footage simply by pressing the Shutter button .

Extended Battery (Default)

Captures mid-range 4K video to help you capture stunning footage while extending battery life. It uses the SuperView digital lens, which serves up your footage as an immersive 16:9 aspect ratio shot for full-screen playback on your TV. Records at 60 frames per second, which lets you play back your video in 2x slow motion (half speed).

Longest Battery

Records 1080p footage for the best possible battery life and maximum compatibility when playing back your video on older devices. Uses the SuperView digital lens to capture immersive 16:9 aspect ratio footage for full-screen playback on your TV. Records at 60 frames per second, which lets you play back your video in 2x slow motion (half speed).

Highest Quality

This setting records your adventures in stunning 5.3K video—our highest resolution for the best possible footage. It uses the SuperView digital lens to capture immersive footage in the 16:9 aspect ratio for full-screen playback on your TV at 60 frames per second, which lets you play back your video in 2x slow motion (half speed).

Heads Up: Easy Control video modes are optimized for easy point-and-shoot capture. They cannot be adjusted.

CHANGING VIDEO MODES

You can use the GoPro Quik app or your camera's buttons to switch video modes.

Using the GoPro Quik app

  1. After connecting to the GoPro Quik app, tap EXTENDED BATTERY on the app screen.

  2. Choose the mode you want.

Using your camera's buttons

  1. Press the Status/Pair button to turn on your camera.

  2. Press the Status/Pair button again to go to your camera's preferences.

  3. Press the Shutter button once to access Video Modes.

  4. Press Status/Pair repeatedly to cycle through Video modes.

  5. Press the Shutter button to lock in the mode of your choice.

  6. Press the Shutter button to pass through the remaining options and exit to the capture screen.
