Checking the Software Version Currently Installed

To check which version of Blackmagic Video Assist software is installed on your computer, open the About Blackmagic Video Assist Setup window.

• On macOS, open Blackmagic Video Assist Setup from the Applications folder. Select About Blackmagic Video Assist Setup from the application menu to reveal the version number.

• On Windows 8, open Blackmagic Video Assist Setup from the Blackmagic Video Assist Setup tile on your Start page. Click on the Help menu and select About Blackmagic Video Assist Setup to reveal the version number.

• In Windows 8.1, select the down arrow icon from the ‘start’ screen, and scroll down to the Blackmagic Design folder. From here you can launch Blackmagic Video Assist Setup.

• In Windows 10, click the start button and select ‘all apps’. Scroll down to the Blackmagic design folder. From here you can launch Blackmagic Video Assist Setup.
